Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom. Addresses are checked at checkout; if we cannot serve yours, you will see it
before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Carriage then
takes 2 to 4 working days. An order placed on a Friday afternoon usually leaves on the following Monday.

Cost

Standard delivery is free of charge on every order. The amount is displayed before payment; there is no charge added afterwards, and no
customs duty is payable on deliveries within the United Kingdom.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If the link shows no
movement for three working days, write to {{EMAIL}} with your order number and
we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

If the parcel is damaged

Check the parcel in the carrier’s presence. If the packaging is torn or the seal broken, write your
reservations on the delivery note before signing, and tell us within 48 hours. Do not throw the packaging away
until the matter is settled.

If nobody is there

The carrier leaves a card and holds the parcel for the period stated on it. An unclaimed parcel comes back
to us; we refund the price of the goods and contact you before dispatching again.
